Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Please be advised your consultation is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your consultation, then you have the option to reschedule it by cancelling the appointment online and making contact with Freya Clinic to rebook. Rescheduling an appointment must be made within 5 days/120 hours. Freya Clinic has a 15-minute grace period for all consultations or booking is lost. Please do email us if you have any problems at the time of your appointment. PLEASE NOTE: All Programs and Packages are non-refundable once payment has been received. Program consultations are strictly only valid for 6 weeks from the date of this payment. The client understands and agrees to the following:

• You are responsible for contacting your GP about any health concerns before starting on a nutritional plan.
• You should notify Freya Clinic if you have any concerns about your nutritional plan.
