3. Email Policy
This email policy is designed to create a very clear understanding of the structure & professional fee time involved in responding to emails between you the Client and Freya Lifestyle Limited. This ensures both parties have clear and established expectations, and this confirms the organisation’s (Freya Lifestyle Limited) responsibility to you. Freya Lifestyle Limited wants to support all Clients in the very best and most appropriate way. However, this is only possible in a structured manner and in the recognition that all professional time* incurs a professional fee. Without this, Freya Lifestyle Limited’s ability to practice would cease. (*Excluded from fee time is the seeking of clarity of recommendations made in a consultation). The role of Freya Lifestyle Limited is to give you direction and recommendations in order to achieve your health goals, ideally in the swiftest, most direct manner. If you require additional advice than that which is given in a consultation, then this is a secondary function that can be fulfilled, and it incurs additional professional fee time. Freya Lifestyle Limited cannot respond to individual emails in between programme consultations that are asking for nutrition advice or supplements. It is too difficult to make a proper analysis by email so please do save questions for your next consultation. The exception is for clients on Programme’s with app support included.
