Test Turnaround Guide

Ensure the appointment is booked under the name of the person taking the test.
This Food Panel measures 96 essential analytes, detecting IgG, IgG4, and IgA antibody responses. These markers are key for identifying core food sensitivities and helping tailor personalised diets. Elevated antibodies can be associated with chronic inflammation, food sensitivities, and, in some cases, allergic or asthma-related conditions.
Why Consider This Test?
The 96 IgG Food Panel helps identify delayed IgG reactions, uncovering food sensitivities that may contribute to a range of health concerns. Unlike classic allergies, symptoms can appear hours or even days after eating, leading to issues such as brain fog, joint pain, and digestive discomfort. By identifying trigger foods, this test supports gut health, immune balance, and overall wellbeing.
What’s Included:
- Blood testing kit (centrifuge blood draw not included, but instructions on where to book this are included in the kit, we can recommend a phlebotomy service which can be booked to carry out your blood draw)
